Now you've got me wondering if one could legally consent to sexual intercourse after one's death through a will.

After death ownership of the body is with the executors. One can express a wish in a will about ones body e.g. cremation/use for sex, but executors do not have to follow the wish - if they don't, what is the deceased going to do, sue, may be not; but may be haunt them!

I don't think quitting sex is something people plan for in advance, it just happens.

However, our society has the balls to put a minimum age on certain healthy body functions, so a maximum age is no crazier.

Actually, if we mean having sex with another person, right now it would be at 43 and a couple of months, but it was not intentional quitting: so far, just suspension
