Make sure you go through the reader comments, not everything Photoshop Disaster posts is indeed a retouching mistake.

The iPhone apparently indeed flips the pic.

^ The pic in the preview window is reversed (left-right mirror image) from the pic that is actually displayed on the other person's phone.

Some are saying in the comments on Photoshop Disaster that that is not a mistake - that the iPhone actually does makes the preview pic a mirror image to give the effect of looking into a mirror for the sender.

But that seems strange. The only reason for having a preview pic is so you can see what you are sending to the other phone. And the iPhone (apparently) shows you a mirror image of that.
