Before I answer that question, as a kid growing up, I always thought I was small and I always wanted a bigger dick. Then one day, probably 14 years old or so, I measured myself. I'm sure my size is comfortable compared to being fisted. That night was a first for me. I've never been told that someone was scared of me messing up their insides. I think that he started to look for excuses not to have sex. Of the guys that I fucked, everyone complained about the pain at first, but then they said that it was enjoyable.
