its fine but I don't eat it very often---its ok in desserts goes well with coconut ---but very sweet---

I buy a pineapple every 2 weeks or so...love it! It only takes me 5 minutes or so to slice it up, since I do it so often.

I buy canned pineapple from Aldi. Cheap, tastes good, no work - just open the can.

We buy canned pineapple, but not very often. It is okay. It is good fried with ham.

Pineapple makes your spooge taste better 😄. Oh yes it does!

We don't buy it very often, but it isn't really that difficult to prep.

Even so, it's still messy as hell and a lot of extra cleanup and disposal.

Then, how long does it keep, and how much could even two people want/stand?

Oh, and, I'm currently battling ants. I don't need fruitflies in the mix.

It will keep, as long as you store it in its own juices.

But, like watermelon, it's much better fresh and shared with others.

And pineapple contains Bromelain that will make your meat tender. :)
Oh, but it already is. :D

Sorry but Hawian pizza is also my favourite.

Preparing a pineapple for one person really is a waste of time, though rapid the cleaning up takes longer.

Our local supermarket prepares pineapple and mangoes daily which don’t cost that much more than buying the fruit yourself.

I like pineapple but hate the preparation. I only eat it at restaurants, or my parents' house

I was talking about marinating a chewy cut of beef like flank or skirt steak [-X :)

I prefer this way and he doesn't waste much fruit.

I need both my hands for other things [-X

He is good at that. ..| Part of the reason I like cutting my own pineapple is that precut or prepared is never ripened enough for my liking. I let my pineapple sit at room temperature upside down for 5-7 days before chilling and cutting it. The tags on pineapples will sometimes say "ready to serve" but they are not most of the time.

I'm going to include that "5-7 days" in the prep time. Fuck you very much. :)
