I'm fairly sure that some yahoo groups have the video uploaded, just check out local the local celebrity ones. I saw it last year on my friend's phone, it did look like him, but I'm not really convinced.

i have the sextape, although its not very clear quality.

You can make out that it is Piolo in the vid though. His profile all the way down to his chest are the same (jaw line, hair, etc).

And the reason why he grew his hair long was because of an appearance change due to alleged rumours. He didn't want to be "associated" with the same appearance as in the video.
