Love pizza!

But I am very picky, prefer thin crust...


Brick oven are great!

But in my opinion, the quality of the meat and the cheese matters too!

BTW, I love pepperoni, feta cheese, lots of cheese, bacon, red onion, pepper and green olives on mine!
 
There's nothing like a good pizza. Unfortunately, it's sometimes hard to find. I'm lucky to have a great pizza parlor -- Vito's -- closeby.
 
Pepperoni and Pineapple Pizza is my favorite. The combination of sharp and sweet is delicious......


I know about Hawiian pizza's, but the addition of ham and bacon just makes it too greasy.

I do regularly. It's evolved alot over the years. My latest version uses some whole wheat in the dough. I don't find making dough too difficult. Combine yeast, water, flour, salt, olive oil. Knead it a little, let rise, bam! I also insist on using provolone cheese instead of mozzarella.
 
Pizza is the ultimate wonderful food!

I love to make my own pizza, the way my mother and grandmother taught me. I like a thick crust, and toppings that fall all over with every bite. :D
 
Yes, I have made pizzas from scratch. Takes a while, and is probably not as good as the best pizzerias sell.

There is a small storefront pizza place not a mile from me which has some mighty special pies. Punch, it's called.
When Meryl Streep was here a couple of years ago making a movie with Robert Altman, she reputedly said it was the best pizza she'd ever tasted, and returned a second time.

Papa John's is an excellent source, too.

That's basically my recipe too.

And for what its worth, Provolone is an aged mozzarella.
 
There is a new pizza franchise that I want to invest in so bad but I don't have any where near enough cash. It would take $350k to open it. And I don't have time to run it so I would have to hire managers to take care of it. Dang....I wish that I could open a bunch of them all at once. :(

But, it's kind of like a 'guilt food' for me.

I love pizza, make my own, boyfriend and I have it every Friday.

Although in the past few weeks I've been making Panzerotti...

I personally believe that making a homemade pizza is so much fun (my effortless dough here)
and it tastes way much better than other "pizzas" you find in America. I'm always thinking about new toppings but I also like the classical ones (like pizza Margherita). I love seafood on top, but I also like veggies (such as grilled aparagus wrapped in crisp prosciutto.. OMG!!! )... pizzas are just so versatile and that's why I love them!!! :D
 
Actually one of my first words as a baby was "Pe-pe," trying to say pepperoni.

My mom worked at Domino's at the time.
 
pizza is one, if not my favourite food. hardly any week passes without having eaten at least 1 of them for me.

if you have the rare chance ot make it yourself in a real pizza oven ... it will be so great.

I guess i have to have homeade pizza to really "get it"...

For me, pizza was absolutely orgasmic... when i was 12.

Now, meh. Its great when its Papa Johns' and just ok when its Dominoes and Pizza Hut.

Papa John's is my favorite. I can sit right here and order it online and it's here most of the time before I realize the time has past.

If the ingredients are top class, tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil are enough. Yes, I too like pizza!
 
I'm a pizza traditionalist,margherite pizza with just the cheese,basil,and tomato sauce topping.Thick crust,well cooked and chewy.It's near impossible to get a great pizza,but my mouth enjoys a pretty damn good one!
