Playgirl Male Solos and Holes

Many years ago, when 'Playgirl' started releasing videos of straight couples screwing and carrying on, there was usually a bonus 'male solo' scene to end the video. They invariably featured shots of the guy's butt and better stiil, his hole! ... I suspect the cameraman or producer thought that the women who watched these vids would like them as much as he did. Unfortunately a major change suddenly took place and from then on, the 'male solo' butts and holes were out and only the fronts and the dicks were on view.

Here from an old archive in my collection are a few screen shots to show what was on offer. The quality isn't very good but it would be nice to know how many more such 'male solos' as these were released and whether any of them are still floating around somewhere today ... ...

It's incredibly surprising to me that they put out pics of guys showing their holes! They seriously thought women would like that? OR...were they playing to the gay men they figured were buying the mag? You know...incremental sales??

^^^ I just checked the Wiki on 'Playgirl' and you've hit the nail on the head! ... Quote: "For most of its history, the magazine printed monthly and was marketed mainly to women, though it developed a significant gay male readership." ... As I stated above, I've no doubt that the original producer or cameraman loved guys' butt holes and spent much of the photo shoot aiming his lens right at them. However, there must have been a change of policy or personnel because all of a sudden, holes were out! ... Here's another solo from an old hard drive - Tristan Ford in a scene lasting 28 minutes with most of it focussing on his butt. However, it wasn't enough for these guys just to show their butts, they were requred to part their cheeks so that the cameraman could zoom right in on their holes! ... I wonderi if there's a complete collection somewhere of these vintage Playgirl solos ... ...

Here's another one from the Playgirl vintage archive. It's Johnny Wood filmed most peculiarly in the style of a fuzzy old 1930s black-and-white newsreel. As with others at the time, the cameraman can't get enough of the hole. I wonder if this was Johnny's only ever porn appearance ... ...
