Please Help (brother logging internet activities)

Here is problem.

I live away from my family and now a days i am on visit to my home, so i have this laptop of mine and have windows Vista in it, my brother has windows XP in his pc., he has a switch so i plugged in my network wire in that, i kept on surfing Gay sites, thinking its safe to do that as i am doing that on my laptop,But today something shitty happened. He showed me my logs, the sites i have been visiting ,,and even my nude ass pics on flickr which had "Private CredtionalS".

Being Muslim and Pakistani This is what i call being in Hell..

He asked me following Questions.
"Are you a fag"

So you do it for free"

"Since when you changed your orientation"

"Whats your nude pics doing here"

I was petrified and though i am elder than him, i couldn't answer, i simply said that it might have opened while i was visiting porn sites, but my own nude ass pics were the biggest problem. I told him its for my GF.

I know he is aware of me being gay,,,that has raised my BP high again..

Can anyone tell me how to stop him from logging my events, i know the main admin password of his pc

unless the logging takes place on his machine you can't stop him, since most likely the switch is logging your traffic.
you need an encrypted connection to some secure server to stop the switch from being able to snoop at the content of your traffic. this is called a "vpn" or "tunneling". however to make this work you need some machine for the other side of the tunnel.

simalar thing happened with my bf friends kid used his lap top on our PC. and we had to have a little talk with him. As he was only 14 we told him to be carefull at his house with his dad. He was not out.

Hey Noelie, thanks buddy,,, I did as mentioned in that website, lets hope he gets nothing when he tries again.

Corny you should be easy with newbies, you are communicating in hi tech language which a Accountant like me would never understand lols.. Anyways my request to you is to research about such issues of logging of activities and design a step by step tutorial, that would help members using JUB in public places, and make that thread of urs sticky,,

Yeah i would for sure raise the topic in coming out section, for now i think i need to break into his defense and teach him what is privacy.

I'm a huge supporter of "help yourself and learn". I tell people what they need to look for. That's the best start to work out your own solution. And after that you will know what you did. If you just install some software, and you never know what it actually does, you didn't learn a thing.

The ultimate protection would be to not visit any gay sites while visiting your brother's home.
