Who's in the concert?? If it's Celtic Thunder I'd love to go with you - I've been to one of their concerts in the US!! :D
 
Friend... one who likes Britney; if all your friends hate Britney, make some new friends who love Britney... which I guess becomes the "random stranger" choice. And hot guys are always pleasant to have around, but that sounds difficult to arrange, and if you don't already know the hot guy, you're back at "random stranger."

The two things to consider would be:

1. which person would enjoy it the most?
2. with which person would I have the best time?
