Please tell me someone else is watching American Horror Story!!

More and more, I think Vivian will become the new Constance. (Crazy next door neighbor who "knows what is going on"). There has to be some connection between first season and second, and I think she will be it.

I am FOR team Viotate. ;) They both have some issues, lol....and even though Tate keeps saying "I wanna stop killing people" as he's killing the next person, I kinda feel sorry for him. Did you see how Constance bitch slapped him when she found out about him dipping his stick into the Vivian pool? Gives you an idea how he was treated when he was alive.

The thing that gets to me is...

Tate is not only a murderer of randoms...

He's a RAPIST. He raped Violet's !!mother!!. Yes, it was rape. Because she did not give proper consent even though she was willing. She thought he was her husband.

I don't get how people feel that it's okay for him to be with Violet ESPECIALLY because of this fact. To be loved by your mother's rapist. So romantic!

But it makes the character of Tate more interesting, don't you think?
As we have seen, Tate is mentally unstable, because that's how he ended his life. His home life was absolutely stressful and horrific. He did it to try and please that one lady with the hole in her head (the first inhabitant) to get her a baby. I think his character is great because he isn't so one dimensional. He happens to love Violet and Violet likes him back.

Yes, Tate is a product of his fucked up environment. It makes him an entertaining character for a horror show.

But not one that I'd want to pair up with Violet. He's totally ruined the poor girl's life. And even if she ever tries to dump him, she basically can't now. She's stuck with him forever.

I'm not judging people for enjoying this couple but I'm just confused by its appeal. It's all good tho. lol

Well, if it makes you feel better, Violet has found out now about the rape and stood up to him, ending the relationship.

Tonight's episode was fantastic, like the rest. XD But it's already the season finale next?! Wow, short seasons, but a lot did happen. Seems we find out some major secret next time.

Tate is creepy and a mass murderer but he's the most interesting character on the show. I wish the hot gay guy would have sucked him off when Tate made a move. It was more realistic that he freaked out though but still... ;)

Can't believe that the finale is scheduled for next week already...

Poor Tate. All he needs is the love of a good man, to set him right. ;) :P So, are deadmother and deaddaughter now going to band together to get the baby/babies back? I keep trying to guess what direction this show is going to go in, and I am always wrong! lol..... But, can the producers really keep this momentum going for a whole new (second) season, with a whole new family,....with just repeating it's self?

The rage against the gay couple didn't bother me, in my opinion they had it coming. No matter how PC you are you hit below the belt when u fell threatened or pissed off and they wanted to take the babies. I also think he gave up wanting the babies too easily after he realized the boyfriend didn't want him. It was also nice to see the gay guy beat someone down instead of the other way around. Also is it me or was the family too gullible? She was adamant about not going in the house but soon as she felt pain, instead of her using her cell to dial 911 she jumps out the car and Constance leads her into the house and then u got all these ghost standing round and no one is loosing their shit. I wonder if they will bring in a new family next season and how will they get rid of some of the ghost cuz that house is turning into a roach motel lol, way to overcrowded. Can't wait to see how they end it!

I don't get how you can beat up a ghost and it still bleeds. That live can kick ass on the dead is a new twist with Constance smacking tate around and then the gay guy bashing him.

The rant from Constance was very homphobic, calling it perversion - and they have played the characters as vicious and ubable to keep their flies zipped., especially the blond.

They showed Ben loosing his shit...it was inter-spliced in between him at Viv's side...it was him sitting in the corner, shaking yelling "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!?!?!" And Viv was obviously delusional and didn't know what was going on anyways...she had a demon coming out of her...lol

One thing that always had annoyed me about this show, and will bug me if it continues next year.....is that from one scene to another, it seems that pages were ripped out of the script, and never filmed. Characters will have an emotional scene, or a dramatic event happens, then, bingo...next scene, same characters, no reference to what just happened before. New scenes, new emotions. Ben in one episode finally sees Moria as the older spirit she finally is, shocked look on face,...then ...next scene, the next episode.....nothing. No mention of "hey, our maid just went from young and hot, to old, right in front of me!"

I have not seen this weeks episode, but read the synopsis. A similar scene I read, happens this week. I guess the father tries to drag the daughter out of the house, puts her in the car, and drives away to pick up the wife. Of course, being she is stuck there, she appears at her bedroom window as he leaves. Later, he picks up the wife from the hospital, with NO mention of a "disappearing daughter" Things like that have been happening throughout the show, and it's starting to annoy me.

I agree about the "homophobia" towards the gay guys. They were fucked up ghosts who were going to steal a person's baby, raise it for a year, & smother it so it'll stay young & cute forever...they deserved whatever slandering came their way Lol...and yes it was also nice to the one guy beat up Tate - because he was also a fucked ghost who deserved what was coming to him.

Overall it was a great episode, felt so bad for Violet/Vivian...I don't think Viv was gulliable anymore. She knew she wasn't crazy. She knew she was raped, she knew she saw the two ghosts in the backseat with Violet, she knew something was up when Hayden was moving things around and screwing with her. Thats why she was so set on NOT going back into the house until the pains started.

IDK where Ben's head is...it'll be interesting to see what next week's episode is even about lol.

I hoping for a Ben/Viv/Violet/Constance/Moira vs Tate/Hayden/Doctor's Wife showdown in the finale but who knows lol. They still want the baby and the one is alive I'm assuming.

This weeks episode (ep 11) was the best one since the pilot.

Can't wait for the season finale. It seems like the show has been improving a bit after a string of lackluster episodes during the middle of the season. Also, I love that they are going through with major character deaths on this show. Fucking cool.

The only thing that bugged me was the way the gay couple was being treated in this episode. It made me feel really uncomfortable and I feel like the homophobia displayed by some of the characters wasn't really addressed properly.

 It does make me feel better. I had this huge grin on my face when he started to cry.

Taking joy in his misery! You heartless man!

XD

But, yeah, he did deserve getting beat up, at least. >.>

Chad's comment about smothering the babies wasn't serious.

He was trying to get a dig in at Constance, who had Larry smother her son, Beau, with a pillow.

And to anyone who sympathizes with Tate: If your underage teenage daughter brought home a serial killer/rapist as her new boyfiend, and he said, "I've changed.", would you give their relationship your blessing, whatever excuses he made?

Definitely a possibility, I forgot about the Beau thing.

But why after hearing about his bf's other man would he have made any mention of it to Violet saying "the babies safe are safe - at least from us" if he didn't have intentions to cause harm to it/them

True, but we've gotten to know Tate much better than just the initial killer and rapist part. He's deeper than just that. It's a bittersweet relationship. I still like him. XD

And, no, I think Chad really did plan on killing the baby. They are ghosts after all.

I decided to watch the first episode (since it's got Dylan Dermot) and have continued to watch, since the scripts, acting, production values, and direction are actually quite good

Well he's not gonna go to the Mental Hospital and tell his just released wife that their daughter magically disappeared from the car...lol.....he addresses it later when he gets home and asks Violet what happened.

Last episode was great. Tate might be a son of a bitch but Even Peters is turning out to be a pretty good actor. Taissa Farmiga too. Really hoping that they're in the next season. I'm glad that

SPOILER!!!!

Vivien died. That bitch is probably going to go all ghost strong crazy on some motherfuckers for her babies.

I don't see how they could do another season with a new family in the same house though. Not unless her babies are dead too. Because, if it's like living babies just in the house being raised by ghosts, that's going to be weird for the new home owners. But I really want to see the current cast on the next season. So IDK. I know that the doctor said that one of the babies was stillborn but I don't believe that because Constance passed it off to crazy hole in her head lady who's a good actress but she cries too much (I don't know her name). So I think that it's still alive. And then devil baby. I guess.
