I am sure that many teen aged--and older--boys are dreaming of fulfulling Dictator Hussein's order that schools allow boys to use the girls baths, lockers and showers. Suddenly, its a Constitutional right. Who knew?

Can someone ask it what it means (since it has me on ignore and I can't)? I suspect it's trying to misspell some allusion to anti-transgender bills being challenged by the federal government, but I might be wrong.

Wanting to allow transsexuals to use the bathrooms of their identified gender is sooooo dictatorial by comparison.

No, Bush obtained approval of Congress before going into Iraq. Nothing in the Constitution allows the Federal government to govern education, much less the bathrooms. Nothing in the Constitution or Laws allows Hussein the be the dictator of the bathrooms. Those are matters expressly reserved to the States by the Constitution, to be determined by the democratic process at the state level or by locally elected school boards. Perhaps Czar Hussein would be more appropriate.

Can you cite the imperial edict that was issued outside of the authority of Congress and the Supreme Court that decreed that boys and girls must dress and shower together?

The Federal letter on this issue states:

"There is no room in our schools for discrimination of any kind, including discrimination against transgender students on the basis of their sex," Attorney General Loretta Lynch said. "This guidance gives administrators, teachers and parents the tools they need to protect transgender students from peer harassment and to identify and address unjust school policies."

The letter does not have the force of law...but is intended on guidance for public schools...which, I believe, probably receive federal funding.

I find it surprising that someone with a legal mind like Benvolio would confuse guidance from the Department of Justice and Department of Education with some kind of Royal edict.

The states are more than welcome to forgo the federal funding and to see their policy on transgender and the rest of the proscriptions against homos wend its way up to the Supreme Court level.

That is a choice they can make.

You forget that the DOJ has already filed a lawsuit aganst North Carolina to force compliance. If the dems get to appoint a fifth justice, the Court will lie and say the Constitution entitles boys to share lockers with girls.
If you try to look at it honestly you will see that the Feferal government is not functioning as a democracy. If course you blame it on the Republicans, but the fact is we are losing our democracy.
