Pomegranates are the best.

Supposedly has many great health benefits, I have been on pomegranate extract supplements for a few months now, can't tell any difference, but who knows. Persians/Iranians have been using it as a health food for thousands of years.

They are AMAZING

Yes full of SO many types of antioxidants.

Not as many as blueberries or Acai.


But more than enough


Don't they taste good. I HATE Acai and HATE blueberries. Pomergrantes I can eat in any form, seed, juice, supplements. Its all good
