My understanding is that A-list sites pay approximately $5,000 per action scene, +/- 1k. I base this number on an interview former Sean Cody model Rylan gave a few years ago: he says he got paid $40K for nine scenes, including his solo:

No one makes that kind of money. I read that awhile ago and when industry people, like Chi Chi, were asked about making that kind of money they said "He's lying."

Performers are making less per scene now than they were six months ago.
