Porn Organizer?

I just have them categorized by studio in folders. I have 'large thumbnails' set for 'views' and I also change the file names to something I'll recognize instead of the numbers they automatically have assigned.

I'm using Windows Vista. It shows a still frame from videos on each thumbnail which makes them even easier to recognize at a glance.

The photos are in folders by date (e.g. May 2010) or name, because just constantly adding new ones to the same file makes it too large to scan through.

I am using Videonizer tool to organize my porn.
Great piece of software.
Found it at videohelp.com forum

I admit this is the first time I registered the program, but I now regret that decision. Small cost for a tool I use so much. The author has come up with a great program, why not reimberse him for his efforts.

You can get it here

I am a programmer so I created Access databases to track my whole collection. Fields include cover pic of each set or video, date set/video posted to site, and number of pics in the set. It has come in handy more then once.

The hardest part was getting all the data into the databases. Upkeep is easy.

I have now 464 dvds of porn and 358 dvds of books - pdf and individual scans . And about 90 of videos and 30 of mp3s . In the 90s I had that many cds , this has always been a problem . I have used in the past many progs but for the past six years or so ? have used a tiny freeware prog called Cathy ( after the Czech programmer's daughter ). Tiny ( 56kb) and much faster than Windows Explorer search , it produces a database tree very like Explorer and can search that immediately . As well you can enter hard drives and sub-folders .

I found "keywords" in the file properties, but I don't know how I would search to find pictures with the keywords I add. Help? I have Win XP.

BTW, for quick indexing and searching (once everything is organized) I've been using Locate32 (the newest archived beta, not the newest build) http://locate32.net/content/view/18/31/

It's funny you write about this, I started using "Cathy" about a month ago after wanting an alternative to the cool but kind of pricy WhereIsIt, and I wanted the ability to catalog external volumes. "Catchy" does a great job for what it is - some people might find it bare bones but it's simple, fast and effective.

Interesting ... I used whereisit for some time ... it was free back then ;)

Just create a folder with a bunch of sub folders, and start separating your porn!
