If nothing else, his career as a porn star is over.
Porn is forgiving, but there's a fine line, and he crossed the point of no return.

I agree, if he abused an animal I think he needs to be punished to the fullest extent of the law. With that said, to blackball a person from being able to do a job goes a little far. He doesn't come into contact with animals on a porn set. It's not like banning a sex offender from working in a day care.:rolleyes:

Edit: And don't forget he hasn't been convicted yet. I also question why he'd have it cremated. There could be more to the story than what you've read. It wouldn't be the first time a person made a false report with police to hurt/get even with someone. At least wait till he's convicted before you attack him.
 
Animal cruelty is #1 on my list of unforgivable offenses. I would have beat the bastard to a pulp if I was in the area.
 
I don't support animal cruelty but I think some of these posts are a little excessive. Wishing torture on somebody who is obviously very ill doesn't make any sense at all.

I mean, it's not like he beat and killed a child.

People Cruelty is way more important to me than animal cruelty, especially if the person can't defend themselves. Animal cruelty is horrible but I still think that, if this guy is guilty, and if he can rehab himself, he deserves forgiveness as we all would. A better tactic than abandoning him might be to try to help him (for those who can)
 
He allegedly did this to the dog.

If he did such things, he may be mentally ill.

Wishing rape on someone is not much better than hurting an animal.

Wishing someone is beaten or possibly killed is no better than hurting and killing an animal.

If he did it, he should have to pay for his crime, and hopefully he will receive some kind of counseling. This kind of person will hurt someone or something again if he hasn't already.

Animal cruelty is a sad and tragic reality, but it doesn't get better by advocating human cruelty on top of it.

Then again don't most serial killers start with animals and build up from there the guy is seriously disturbed and needs dealing with and a few months in jail and a huge say $100,000 fine would send out a strong message to all the other pathetic sick people who find amusement in the torture of others others animal or human.
