Professional porn is entirely about how everything LOOKS. It's 99% visual. They're purposely going to cast the guys with the best-looking features, and they're purposely going to go out of their way to get their butt bleached and waxed, to spend a few years in the gym and the studio would probably even use digital effects to make them look better on camera. Photoshop and After Effects exist for a reason; They actually hire people to blur out pimples and all that stuff in HD porn.

Haemorrhoids can be a result of too much clenching back there.
It is like any muscle, and giving it a work-out can make it healthier, stronger, more flexible and relaxed.
Often lube is used to help with haemorrhoids, so if you are using it anyway for sex or toys it might help.


Plus, they'd be stupid not to pick the guys with pretty assholes for the close-up shots. Which I'm not a superhuge fan of anyway, but it makes sense that if you're going to be wearing out your zoom lens at a porn shoot that you'd kinda check that out first.

One thing that can contribute to hæmorrhoids is pushing too hard and being too tensed up when using the toilet. A bit of lube on the hole can ease passage of the poo, and it relaxes things a bit when moistened by the lube instead of being clenched tight and dry.
