I have some serious psychological issues - I do all of them in one night.

I usually sleep on my back with the duvet up to my chin, my arms under the covers and often with my ankles crossed. Or sometimes on my right side with my right arm under the pillow.

There's nothing that really fits in that selection, unfortunately.

I think Unknown Cuddled Up. On the left side always facing the wall, to begin with.

Then: Side Sleper, With One Knee On the right side, with my left arm wrapped around or lying on a pillow.

I shall switch back and forth between these two positions during the night.

Never, will i sleep on my stomach and or my back - problems with breathing and serious back problems in the a.m. should I do so. These are no, no's.
