Probably someone that has the rights to the song, or at least that You Tube version. It seems that most of the time it's not anybody who wrote, recorded, performed, or popularized the song, or their heirs, but some music syndicate or someone who quickly scoops up the rights. Many performers have to pay somebody for the right to perform their own songs.
