You can make them yourself. They are just a series of images (files) that are placed into a single GIF file. Each image is one frame in the sequence. So for example a set of screen captures from a video will work. Then you create the GIF and tell it the timing (how fast to switch between each image). Google "animated GIFs" to learn more about it.
