Post Current Pictures Of You

I'm not sure anyone disappearing from JUB portends anything dire. After all, JUB is primarily a gay website and the member no longer identified as gay.

There's also the complication that he originally identified as gay among us, then did not. We have more than a few members who don't believe orientation can change.

^^ You mean, Zeno, that the fact doesn't bode well in your subculture.

And a year later he disappeared from JUB. In that subculture, that usually doesn't bode well...
She had disappeared before that. Her post was the first in a while and explained why she had been been absent.

It would be nice to get another update, but in general, JUB hasn't had a lot of trans members, particular if they identify as straight after their transition.

I think that was my point: when he came here as a gay male, he posted frequently, but when she returned to tell us why she had moved on, it more or less left most members at a loss of what to share other than encouragements.

That, in a microcosm, is the problem most of society has with trangender reality. Who they knew is gone, and who they don't know is there, regardless of pronouns. There's a lot of the contrary stated that nothing has changed, only appearances, but that's obviously not true.

You mean like when someone loses its job and former social position and people do not know what do to of that person anymore? Or when someone comes out as gay and the people around that person are either pissed or at a loss about what do do of said person? Or when..?

I didn't know we have women here. I guess that's fine as long as they do the dishes and make me a sandwich.

What were those old sayings... "a woman above 22 becomes a man"... "a man above 55 becomes a woman".
