To register, turn off your VPN; you can re-enable the VPN after registration. You must maintain an active email address on your account: disposable email addresses cannot be used to register.

Interesting. I have only 3% French stock, from my Grandmother's mother's side. I think it is the Scottish blood I see then. Lucky you.

The default for most phones is taking pictures vertically, upright. When you rotate the phone to the left, it rotates the picture to the right in order to keep it "up". When you snap that pic, it writes the rotation info into that file.
Post that pic to a device that doesn't "know" it's been rotated already, and it's "told" to rotate to the right. Since it was rotated when taken, and it rotates it right again as "told", you end up upside down.
