The third guy would be more like an "aspirationalist"-pretender.
A true "sophisticated" would never date the guy who made that video, and ever suffered as partners all the rest in the list. A sophisticate does not have role models to mimic and ready-made overpriced crap on his wish list, and would act like that guy in the video only as an eutrapelic semi-self-derisional joke.
That guy is one example of the typically American way of dumbing dow, screwing, cheapify the true sophistication, like Carolina Herrera or Ralph Lauren.
