I knew about the elephant one, and it was a bit too long to be THAT funny: the legendary "hysterical" (pardon the male chauvinist language) quality of the sketch derives more from the specifically American taboos (mainly Vicky's final retort) than about the actual material there. Humour is, eventually, usually more about about a climate you build, and a connection with a willling and connivant audience, than about an intellectually sound act, and a briliant quip. I like the dentist sketch better.
