I put a can of seltzer in the freezer because there was none cold in the refrigerator. I meant to take it out of the freezer in 10 or 15 minutes as I was in a mood for some cold bubbles.

I forgot about it and it remained in the freezer overnight. The following day while making coffee I heard a rather loud explosion coming from inside the freezer that scared me. Tu entiendes?

And if you had a good refrigerator, or were not so weird about the temperature of cold drinks, you would have never put it in the freezer, and then forgotten about it or you simply had found a better excuse / explanation than:

Both sparkling water and hard seltzer is pretty popular now. We buy a mint lime one that is great.

I partake in a hard seltzer once in a while.White Claw is a well known brand.

I have never used Alka Seltzer but take an occasional Tums or make a cup of Chamomile tea for stomach discomfort.
