^ Would that made him a gay man having lived comfortably exclusively among men his whole life, or would the lack of occasion for arousal make living even more peaceful for a straight man?

My guess is the latter.

I once met a guy who was seriously attracted to mid-teens aged girls. He gave up on counseling when he found a monastery where he would be able to pursue his interest in working in a vineyard and making wine; he joined it because he said that the times he was at an all-male summer camp were the only times he felt at peace.

At first sight, I actually was struck by how much those bodies looked like male nineteen-year-olds, until the big letters caught my attention, and then they asked me to finally notice the canary jock

Oh please, they have been smearing Christianism with the sickest perversions, like "mortifying the body" and all that... that case quote is quite tame and more laughable than anything.

The obsession with purification, such as self-flagellation and fasting, among certain Christian groups is rather curious, since traditional Christian theology emphasizes that you CANNOT purify the body, because it is fundamentally flawed due to original sin and all that b.s.

The term "Christianity" is more typically used, at least in America. To my ear, "Christianism" more strongly implies the dogmatic aspects of the religion, whereas "Christianity" seems to refer more generally to all aspects. I purposely used the term "religionists" to distinguish those most committed to the dogmatic or esoteric aspects of Christianity, as opposed to the rank-and-file believers, who are more interested in questions such as "how do I make my life work better for me?"

There must be some sort of neurobiology determining that detox obsession, like the one with alcohol, or with... or ...

So Christianism would be like the official classic or style icon to whom/which everybody pays lip service, without actually having them as a reference and a guide, and Christianity would be more the Frankenstein made up from all the hearsays and mythology that actually wrecks the mind and life of the people who dogmatically seek to wreck everybody else's life.

floating-hover-ship-superior-mirage-england.jpg

A floating ‘hover ship’ was recently photographed off the coast of Falmouth, Cornwall and it has been referenced as a fantastic example of a ‘superior mirage‘. According to BBC meteorologist David Braine:

The “superior mirage” occurred because of special atmospheric conditions that bend light. The illusion is common in the Arctic, but can appear “very rarely” in the UK during winter. Superior mirages occur because of the weather condition known as a temperature inversion, where cold air lies close to the sea with warmer air above it.

Since cold air is denser than warm air, it bends light towards the eyes of someone standing on the ground or on the coast, changing how a distant object appears. Superior mirages can produce a few different types of images – here a distant ship appears to float high above its actual position, but sometimes an object below the horizon can become visible.
