You should be able to imagine what the average Barcelonian thinks of those surveys and rankings..: you can free yourself from delusion only when you get closer to the ground, and that is one of the rare cases in which you can't fool people about they see and touch every day of their lives.

The delusion is only, either for people who can afford it, or for those who are being manipulated, and governments, local liker national, perfectly qualify for both positions.
