In an effort to escape from herself, she adopts radical fashion as a coping mechanism, and despite her marginal success, she is mocked for it, even by her sociopathic drug-dealer girlfriend. If you want to call her a freak based solely on a single JPEG, go right ahead, but please know that in doing this, you are also calling a sizable number of forum members a freak as well.

As for the other people featured in the photograph, yes, they are all fucking freaks.
