Conservatism is the toxic and despicable religion of the hate of others as the love for oneself: it teaches the belittling of other ethnicities as love for one's own, the hate of criticism as love for one's country, Western propaganda as Western history and gender roles, attitudes and masks as the true nature of people.

That's not conservatism, that's reactionarism. Conservatism is best summed up by a phrase from Paul of Tarsus: examine everything, and keep what is good.

No: reactionarism is the negation of all to which conservatism helplessly opposes

You are most right about the true definition of conservatism, but since it is a term misappropriated by "right-wing" extremists, and since I was referencing the misrepresentation of progressivism (which is merely what ultimately pushes conservatism to "examine everything"), by a certain Matt Walsh (not the actor), everything stands, remains correct

All true, unfortunately. One trend that I've seemed to notice, but I've never heard anyone talk about, is how many Americans are dropping out of the work world entirely. In other words, nobody is working who doesn't absolutely have to. People are retiring early, cashing out their pensions, living on inheritance, not working if their spouse makes enough, living on disability, social security, etc., adult children are living with their parents-- any way you can do it, it's being done. Many can't even find work, and if they do, it's long hours, low pay, no benefits, disrespect and abuse from their employers. Who needs that?

The Olympic gods and their unquenchable laughter, one might presume.

If only for justification's sake.

People are not necessary to create wealth anymore, because even work, let alone jobs, are not needed to provide it...

It's about time again baby.

Somebody described the situation in rich developed countries as an endless dance of musical chairs of affordable housing and somewhat paying employment.
