Interestingly, here if it's for trash it's a "can" or "cart", but if it's for recycling it's a "bin" or "cart", and if it's for yard debris it's a "cart".

"Trash can" usually refers to one without wheels.

A cart is what you use in a grocery store. And it’s pop not soda
