The full name is the "eargesplitten loudenboomer", a .223 bullet with a .378 caliber powder charge. It was meant to be a .22 bullet with a .50 caliber charge, but maybe that seemed a bit excessive . . . .

Fascinating. I'd like to see it at actual speed, though. Seeing the people zooming around below only gives some idea of how long it really took to shift from one image to another, how fast/slow the fish really swam, the boaters paddled, the stack descended, etc.

Of course they'd have to use different music, too.:)
