I had a spinach omelette with Swiss cheese and home fried potatoes. Along with bacon and 2 slices of toast with raspberry jam. OJ and coffee.

I ate the whole thing. :(

Someone rub my belly!

While your down there pet my lemur.

Made a fish stew on a whim. Pretty simple. Sauteed onions, bell pepper & celery until tender, added stock, bay leaves, and some seasonings. Simmered about six cups of stock until it reduced. Slipped in four thick tilapia filets and broke them up. Finished it with a pound of red shrimp and served over croutons.

Rainy day here. Really hit the spot.

Now have two pint containers cooling to use for lunches at work this week.

No lemur.

I finally stumbled across the correct diagnosis for the rashes I have been enduring for several years now. They were not any of the things I had suspected. And, sadly, the dermattologists here were all lazy, and had no interest in diagnosing anything.

It feels as though a weight has been lifted. Simply knowing WHAT is your demon is more than half of being relieved of it. Just so irked that it took this long and required me to research until I found the match in symptoms.

This story recurs too many times and not just in the U.S.

But, I'm more grateful than piqued.

So, what is your diagnosis?
