Well, just about every Christian i've ever met or heard of has been an adulterer and a Christian; a sodomite and a Christian; a blasphemer and a Christian; had a ton of pre-marital sex and were a Christian.

So if they're actually trying to argue that you can't be gay and a christian "because it's a sin", then .

My father in law is a Baptist minister. He's always back and forth on whether or not he has accepted his son and I. He believes we can pray the gay away as well. He insists that he knows "recovered gays". To date, I haven't met any of these people.

The entire damned topic is ridiculous....you can not pray away what you are or who you are......if you could, there would not be so many ministers convicted of rape, incest, burglary, murder, robbery, theft, prostitution, etc. etc.

I have met people that are living a lie or have so much hatred of themselves they're slowly killing themselves with drugs and alcohol. And all of thse people come from "loving" religious households.
