It looks like Miss USA pageant gal Carrie Prejean isn't just opposed to gay marriage. The 22-year-old Miss California USA 2009 and Miss USA 2009 first runner-up doesn't like paying her bills either. According to TMZ, Prejean owes more than $64,000 to a "Christian-focused" public relations firm. Prejean attracted nationwide attention with her response to a question about same-sex marriage during the 2009 Miss USA pageant.
