Hello, since I've been having sex, I've only bottomed for my special friend (both oral and anal) and have no desire in being the "top". Well, if your partner is okay with it then we're talking about something that is an issue for you.

Not everyone who enjoys bottoming stays hard the entire time. Porn videos are edited so that the person on bottom appears hard the entire time or their dick is not visible during many of the scenes. There is a lot of variability for bottoms- some guys stay hard the whole time ; others don't have to be hard even though they are being satisfied while being fucked.

You're enjoying getting fucked. Your partner is enjoying fucking you. There's no requirement that you have to get off from getting fucked.

Ejaculation is only one part of the sex. It is really more about enjoyment for you and for your partner.

If your partner is willing to do things with you where you can get off and you're willing to do things with him where he gets off then it is okay.

Probably it will change as time goes on. During my first bottoming experiences I went soft also. Now I know that it was only caused by my hidden anxiety and that the whole thing was so unfamiliar for me. As I get more more accustomed to it I remain hard every time I'm fucked.
