Professionalism during massage.

What's done is done. I hope you don't have any negative consequences from this, like him telling people what happened and then others thinking they'll get such service as well, or something eventually souring in your friendship and he reports you to the state MT board. While it might not hurt your "job" since you own the place, it could perhaps hurt your license to practice--which would hurt your "job" as well.

I got a massage at this new male spa and during my massage I could feel my masseur's huge cock engorged through his shorts. Before I could even think about what to do - I heard loud knocking. It was the cops raiding the place!!

It was wild - and pretty scary. This place offered a lot of legitimate services so I was shocked. One of the cops was homophobic and looked disgusted by all of it. They let me get dressed and leave but before I left he asked me how I could allow a man to touch me naked. I told him (without thinking) that he should stop being such a bigoted homophobe. He just grunted and I rushed out.

This place was closed down for prostitution. And while I don't advocate illegal activities; I really think it's ridiculous that the police waste their resources closing places like these down. Even though I didn't intend on doing anything sexual when I made my appt (I was going to get a facial too) and I understand the notion of being professional during a massage - this raid made me realize how backwards this country can be sometimes.

So to the original poster - here's my POV:
- if you were looking for a relationship; I think you should have abstained
- if you were just horny and wanted to get your rocks off; then I think you shouldn't fret about it. He was clearly enjoying your services.

I get a massage regularly from the same guy, fortunately he is straight and I am not and never the twain shall meet. I have always been treated in a professional manner by him and never been uncomfortable on his table. I am not attracted to him , just his services. I hope you can resolve this to your satisfaction and keep him as a client, but don't think you will have anything further than that with this man.

The first massage I received was four years ago---now forty years old---and it was a client/friend of my sister who is a chiropractor. They traded services and so she sent my mom, sister, and myself to him because she had sessions she didn't need herself. Never having had a massage before I was dressed in my normal clothes and had no idea what is done. Since it was winter I was wearing long underwear! He told me to take my clothes off and leave my underwear on and lay under the sheet. I said, "Is long underwear ok? Because that's what Im wearing." And he was all, "Oh, well, that won't really work. Well--- better just remove them." He was stocky and rather nice looking and his arms and chest were very strong; I knew he was married because my sister had mentioned his wife who was some sort of physical therapist or phys ed teacher or something. Anyway, as soon as he touched me, I blurted out, "I have to apologize in advance because I've never had a massage before and if I get an erection, Im sorry." And he just sort of grunted and said, "It's a typical response." He had a name for that too which I don't remember. Could it have been a parenthetic response? Can't tell you. Anyway he said, "We're trained to expect that, it's pretty normal. The same thing happens to me when I get a massage." So, I was completely relaxed and became hard as a rock and was seriously tenting the sheet of course but I was utterly thrillled with the feeling of the massage which has to be an incredibly healthy thing to do, it feels so good for you. Your whole body seems to circulate with renewed energy, and the muscles feel so relaxed. To me it was very innocent and thrilling and I was already determined to make a massage a regular part of my health. I had my eyes closed practically all the time of the massage though we talked almost constantly. But while I was on my back, and he was right behind me, his face above mine, I opened my eyes and was amazed to see him staring slack-jawed at my penis, or at least the tent it was making. I don't know if it was exposed or not; the sheet may have not covered me entirely, I didn;t glance down to see. I was amazed at his face, his eyes were glazed over and he looked like he was hypnotized. In fact if both hands hadn't been working on me I would have thought he was beating off. I closed my eyes quick so he couldn't see I saw. My penis is very thick, not longer than average, but thick with a big head, and maybe it fascinated him. His hands kept working, he was incredibly strong and I am grateful that my first massage was such a good one because it's helped since then determine a good masseuse from a mediocre one. When it was done he turned his back and left immediately and I didn't see him again.

Ok, I'll gladly be the asshole.

If you were any good at your profession, you'd be paying too much attention to what you're supposed to be doing to be [STRIKE]thinking about[/STRIKE] objectifying your client and entertaining such UNprofessional behavior. But hey, as long as you're okay with being a whore before being a masseuse, I'm sure the other true professionals in your line of work will understand.

Professionalism during massage? Really?

Nothing about what you allowed and participated in reflects professionalism.

I think you crossed the line doing it at your place of business. If it was at either your house or at his house - that is a little different. But now that clients can get a "happy ending" from your salon, you now risk both getting a reputation for that and possibly being considered a house of prostitution. I am still a firm believer of the phrase "Don't fuck where you eat" - business is business and pleasure is pleasure - and you don't ever mix the two.

I know most of the "action" in this thread was a month or so ago, but here's my 2 cents: I think at this point you should/should have referred the client to another therapist for massage, and then perhaps checked out if he wanted to go out with you.
