Tonight starts season 7 of Project Runway now on Lifetime instead of Bravo. The show is also back in NYC instead of Los Angeles last season.

Who's going to be watching? One of the models is from my area: Brittany Oldehoff is from Ft Lauderdale. I'l be rooting for her to win.

Of course, Models of the Runway returns tonight as well following Project Runway. Hope they make this show more fun to watch this season. This show was dull last season.

Hope we get to see the hot young guys on Project Runway with their shirts off.

I think it will be a good season.

I did not like the Chinese girls outfit she made. :grrr: It looked like she took the 5 pieced of fabric from the beginning and draped it over the girl. I don't know what it was.

I thought the guy with the brown dress that almost got eliminated had the best dress ..| when they first came down the runway.

There are no hot guys this season. Except maybe the straight Capt. Jack Sparrow wannabe.

El Twink could also be cute I guess. Too skinny though.

Anybody else love this show as much as I do? Tim Gunn is the greatest fashion queen.
I'm happy with the new cast of characters, especially Anthony. I hope he stays around for comic relief.
I agree with Emilio winning the first episode. He's a cutie and his dress was the best.
But Ping's gress being one of the top finalists? I would have ping ponged her out of there

This and other PR threads/TV shows are more appropriate in the entertainment sub-forum though....probably why you got the snarky comment here in HT.

and yes...I watch it. This season looks good so far.

I recommend to anyone that watches it to also follow along some to the commentaries at Project Rungay blog (not sure if I can post a link to that site....but you can google that or Tom and Lorenzo/TLo) Those bitches (said affectionately) can be hysterical!

yes...Lifetime is good about posting the episode vids...usually posted on Saturday...a few days after the show airs on Thursday.

I don't have a favorite (yet anyway)...but I like Jonathan and Emilio so far...and each had my fav. designs of the night. I thought I was going to dislike Jesse and Seth because of their attitudes and personal styles...but each also had good designs for the 1st challenge....we'll see what else they do. I'm not crazy about Ping's style...but the judges seemed to like her, so maybe she'll be a contender (?)

Jesus shouldn't have been bottom 2...there were a few others more deserving of that spot...like Janeane, Pamela, Mila...to name a but a few. Christianne was deserving of being auf'd for that rag she produced.

None of the others have impressed me yet....but I think the bar has been raised this season with the level of skills and quality of many of them...so I'm banking on a good season and can't speculate yet on who the real contenders/finalist will be.

Why exactly was my post removed? Was it hateful? Nope. Seems arbitrary to me. Is this board so serious about itself that each post must be juried by its peers before we decide which forum to post in. One of the most popular shows of the day can't be a hot topic?

Another season of Project Runway -- and having watched the first episode this morning -- its going to be a GREAT SEASON!!! ..|

Although -- I think Jesse had the worst dress -- and he wasn't even in the bottom 3???

I'm glad Jesus didn't go home yet...

Ping too. She designed a pile of clothes in the corner of my bedroom. I think she was lucky to pull that out of her ass. It was Nichole Ritchie's favorite design? Who gave that troll an opinion?
Everyone else I liked. I think it's going to be a fun ride.
