Project Runway, Season 9

I forgot to mention those sneakers Heidi designed were atrocious. I remember the last PR when there was a design challennge for Heidi's workout line that wasnt really supposed to be for working out was horrible. No Heidi no.

I seriously wanna slap this bitch

LOL!

Nina still isn't as bad as her sourpuss boss who was recently a guest judge. She looks like a poor-man's Tilda Swinton wearing a slouchy dress (and had the nerve to say things like "If Nina wore that in the office, she would be fired" or such nonsense).

I bet a lot of the people calling Josh a bitchy can bitchy queens as well. That is a stressful situation and he wasnt that mean to her, she was being way too sensitive. And as team leader if everything sucked it all rested on his shoulders. And he did apologize and said in the confessional he meant it. A true awful bitch would have said they didnt really mean it.

I'm sorry, but I disagree with this, a LOT.

Yes, he gets points for apologizing, i'll give him that. But from the beginning of the challenge he was in the wrong. Picked her as a seamstress on a show that's based on design(how insulting is that?), negated all her opinions and ideas, bitched at her for telling the truth, got angry when she got frustrated - he really took the cake in a mean and nasty way. The combination made him out to be nasty - even if she was overly sensitive, he was still an ass.

Oh, and he did still state that she was still a seamstress to him, after he apologized. So I don't think he was apologizing for that, just apologizing for the way he acted.

Bert would argue with a statue. Anthony and Laura were angels considering how awful he was. They constantly asked his opinion and he rudely said he hated everything and mutter shit under his breath. Then he referred to Anthony, his team leader, as "that one." Fuck him

On the other hand, I completely agree here.

I totally agree with this post. I am glad he won. That was fine leadership right there. He was honest and he knew what he wanted out of Becky. Design from Anya, sewing from Becky. It just didn't translate well and got off at a bad start.

Anyway, I don't believe for a moment Kimberly is 35. She looks 21!

I was so pissed off to see Cecilia leaving like that. Bitch, you should have gone home the last episode.

I love the jacket in Victor's team. Glad they did a great job.

And no to the "straight" Mormon dude coming back. They should've picked the chick that went home the last episode. She was good with sports wear and things of that nature. I know his team won but he irritates me.

Bert is what everything is that is wrong with old people.

I did NOT get Project Runway last night. I mean were they supposed to design casual wear, activewear or what?! The only time a woman should be wearing athletic shoes imo is to, from and in a gym. They simply have too many choices of footwear to wear sneakers about town.

All of the outfits missed the mark. I would have liked to have seen a legging type pant, a nice tank and maybe a jacket of some sort that a woman could run or walk in. Anya's maxi dress with sneakers? Seriously?

Oy vey!

LOL pretty much what I was thinking.

Expect if I had a vagina I would wear Victor's team clothes.

I disagree with the leggings part though. Leggings can never be fashionable.

most enjoyable moment for me was watching Oliver get man-handled by that somewhat beefy paramedic.

I'm starting to like Bert. He's crotchety and disagreeable, but somehow I respect him more than (for example) cry baby Anthony Ryan.

I'm amazed the judges always believe Bert and let him get away with crap like audibly adding to Michael Cors' critique of Anthony's design (I can't remember exactly what was said).

^I would have been happy with either of them going home. Bert's pants were RIDICULOUS, Oliver was a bore, and Josh C was a bore - but considering the inspiration he got, his "boring" was so pronounced that it sealed his fate. It's the first time all season that i've agreed with all of the top 3 and all of the bottom 3.

Though, like you, I don't really think A-Ryan should have won. Not as mad as you might be, but I thought the other two dresses were superior.

Where were the "avant-gard" fashions? Although ugly, Bert's was the closest to avant-gard.

Looks like Clinique is up to her old trix next week.

I love the "Mr.Clinique" nickname for Josh M.
That being said, i am a fan of his. I think his design this week should have won.

Despite getting ousted twice, Josh C. is still my fan favorite. It's just a little sad that designing out of his comfort zone really wasn't very far.

Oh...and I love Maryland girls, too.

How in the hell did Anthony win with that HORRIBLE looking dress???

I really enjoyed the episode -- and was TOTALLY impressed with the young artists -- but I would have put him near the bottom -- NOT the top!!!

:):):)

I'm so sick of Bert's attitude. He can't get along with anyone. And his designs aren't great. I think Olivier's designs haven't been great either. He's probably going to be eliminated unless he steps it up a notch.
This season has been pretty boring!

Josh M. grows more repellent with each week -- last week he looked like a refugee from a summer stock production of CABARET -- although now I suspect that the producers are planning to make him more sympathetic by playing up his mother's passing. That said, I think he should have won the avant-garde challenge.

Starting to crush out on Viktor, with his off-beat cuteness.

Can someone explain why you call him Mr. Clinique? I don't get it :o

Hmmm . . . not much to say about this week's challenge except that I hope it's the last team or co-challenge. Three outfits stand out to me -- Viktor, Mr. Clinique and Oliver's since the judges made such a big deal about his jacket. Anya won and yet I remember nothing about her outfit.

Mr. Clinique was out of control! Yikes!

I think it's because it was a print challenge and Anya did a great job with it. Plus she used two prints. Oliver's jacket was brilliant but it didn't involve any prints.

If it was some ordinary challenge, Oliver would have taken the win.

Bert is growing on me. He has got some attitude problems but it is tolerable and less dramatic than Josh M.

Top four: Anya, Oliver, Kimberly and Victor.
