Where is your prostate located, and how do you massage it?
 
Your prostate is inside you .. you can massage it by inserting you finger or whatever inside yourself rectally .... and not as effective ..but by applying pressure to the taint area .

well, my pcp is a very cool woman, so that's a ever a problem.

You are lucky. At first it was so embarrassing, but when I came home, I felt kind of relieved. I'm very closeted right now, so I guess it's the whole doctor confidentiality that made me comfortable...too comfortable, though.
