I just got back from my vacation to Cape Cod, Mass. Provincetown is an unbelievable little town. First of all, as you drive up the Cape to P-town it is stunning to see the national seashore and the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean. Then, there's the fact that it may be the gayest town in the US! I have been there before, but I really enjoyed myself this time. I went to a show at the Post Office Cabaret called Barenaked Lads do Provincetown. There were five guys and they did various comedy skits, most of which were in the nude! Fully monty! One guy in particular, Jeff Lynch, was about 25, athletic, and absolutley gorgeous! I was in the second row--drooling. The daytime P-town and the night time P-town are quite different. In the past, I would usually head back to Harwich early. This time I planned on taking in some of the fine nightime sites, the show, some clubs and the boys!

Anyone else been to P-town? What did you think? All gay men should go there at least once.
(!)

Been there many, many times, usually for Carnival in August. They had a scavenger hunt one year and I won first prize.

I do love tea dance at the Boatslip. They were talking about selling it and building luxury condos. I hope that didn't happen.

I think I saw the "crowd" coming back from tea the other day. we were just in for a day trip ( beach and dinner) so we didn't get to do much.
Love P-Town, love to shop during the day, maybe hit a club , def. people watch at night.
It's fun to see the str8's during the day.

Quaint little villages here and there...... "

Back in the late 60s and all thru the 70. I took about 12 days every summer in P-Town… I lived in Rochester, NY and usually when I drove home after 12 days of sucking and fucking I had to set on a pillow my ass was so sore!…lol

I love P Town, dinner at the Lobster Pot, The A House, etc.....we vacationed there many times. The traffic coming at going kept us from going back.

I have wanted to visit for years but we always had someplace more interesting or pressing to go.

Now I think we are beyond wanting to be two old homos in P-Town and a lot of it is about the traffic and crowds.

Maybe in my next life.

I have been to Provincetown, many times. My all time favorite, was walking across the breakwater at night and looking back at the town. It was breathtaking. Looking and thinking, a party is going on in the town and I am alone seeing this beauty. The sparkling of the lights in the distance. I have many fond memories. I had done the party times and it was so much fun.
