PS3/360/Wii

I just got a 360 a few weeks ago and I really like it! I had the old xbox but sold it way too soon because all I was playing was Game Cube at the time. XBLA is very cool, just the trial download games alone are worth it. I downloaded the trial of Bioshock and Eternal Sonata which are both beautiful games. There's tons of things to do on it, I think it was a good buy. Although I don't like shooters myself, I'm playing Viva Pinata, Psyconauts (very fun!), and I picked up Fable as well. Fable 2 comes out in '08. I also like the Hexic game. I find myself mesmerized by that game, the colors are hypnotic.
 
The only console I have considered getting is the PS3. I will usually buy whatever console the new Tekken game is on. I love Tekken so much! Tekken 6 looks awesome!

I haven't bought a PS3 yet because none of the games really grabbed my attention until the new Ratchet and Clank game came out. Overall the games released for launch all look pretty average.

The Wii is lots of fun and apart from Dead or Alive 4, I don't care much for the X-Box 360.
 
I agree the games for the PS3 haven't really caught my attention. The few that did ended up jumping off their exclusive list to the 360.
 
didn't PS3 come out later than the others, so it is a little behind in game production?

Except I don't miss mine. My Dreamcast is still connected and I still play it from time to time. Over the years I've owned almost all systems. The DC is my all time favourite.

Of the new consoles, I've got a 360.

The PS3 is still not worth getting yet. Wait for more price drops. The blue ray feature is its best selling point, not the games.

The Wii - I can't bring myself to even consider it. It looks childish, its name is childish and its software library is mostly chilish. I'm not a kid anymore.
Also if I want active wrist action I'll have a wank not play with the nunchuk or whatever the controller is called.

But for those who have a Wii and enjoy it, I'm happy for you. I'm just not into watersports.
 
ps3 for sure, it is 2 times as powerful as the xbox 360, although it doesnt have many games out now. but by the time you get addicted to one game and finish it, alot more games will be out.
 
I have a wii and love it. Thinking of getting a 360 when it comes down in price a little more. To play Galaxy, Brawl, and Metroid Prime 3 validates the purchase of a wii alone.
