i stopped having any sicological efects when i accepted my sexualidad. that was the start of the shine of the sun on me - and i was and stayed healthy inside. being what i am was such a cure

I don't have a problem with my sexuality - but most other people do. Yes, there are individuals who don't necesarily have a problem and can accept who I am, even one or two straight ones, but the overall general feeling I get from the society in which I am supposed to belong is one of aggression and disdain.
It may be easier for you young, slim guys but try being old and not-so-slim; even the other gay guys think you're disgusting!
