How true. Any guy that thinks shaving his pubic hair will make his cock look bigger is delusional. It justs makes him look like an 11 yr old. Ugghh!!!!!!

Others shave because the media tells them too, if your hairy then you wont get looks from others. a lot of straight guys shave their pubes because their girlfriends tell them to do it.

I never got into this trend of shaving pubes, I always got crap from my friends when we would get together because I had a hairy cock and theirs were all shaved. I do however notice that more guys have thicker pubic bushes lately and it is a nice change..

Yeah I know what you mean.Alot of my buddies trim their pubes. I was showering over at a buds house recently and he walked into the bathroom as I was drying off. He turned on his clippers and turned to me.We both started laughing.He said he would need a new blade after he was done with me. It's no secret amongst my friend that I keep my bush au natural. I do agree that totally shaved is a bad look for 99.9% of men.But I don't necessarily agree with those purists who don't think that any sort of "haircut" is in order. Let's face it......we all have varying degrees of body hair, some of us have naturally gorgeous patterns and growth while others have that wild "just got out of bed" look. Others have downright ugly body hair.....my opinion only.

I see nothing wrong with a trim (or cleaning up, if you prefer). A man who has a beard and/or moustache knows he has to trim it to keep it looking neat and clean. We pay stylists big bucks for fashionable haircuts. So why not trim up down below? A ten dollar trimmer and about 3 minutes every couple of weeks is all it takes. Women have been doing it for decades, but I've noticed such a debate about it on here from time to time.
If you'll do a search on here for Alec Baldwin, you'll get a good example. Alec, in his natural state has massive amounts of wild chest hair......shown in several pics. Other pics, also on JUB, show his chest a little more trimmed up....while still being very hairy. To me, the cleaned up look has more visual appeal......again, just me.
Let's just say that I believe to each his own, but I don't mind a trim myself.

I love being trimmed and shaved. If I don't it gets way too messy. Sometimes it all comes off or I leave a bit of a patch above my cock. I don't mind trimmed pubes on a man as long as they've just trimmed them up to look a little more neat. I mean, I've seen some guys who would need a bush hog to clean out their wild overgrowth and that's not a pretty sight to me.
 
I've noticed that some straight guys shave their pubic hair today. I'm not sure if it's because it's part of a new trend or they've been influenced by the media or what.

I agree with apdragon, although I can appreciate a shaved guy, too. It really depends on the total person as to whether the hair/trim/no-hair looks good or not.

hair is seen as a bad thing because all the gay mags and the mainstream media shoves it down everybody's throat, that you have to be buff and smooth and look like an A&F model if you want to succeed in this lifetime- which is as far from the truth as possible. yeah I trim my stuff up, because it can get out of control and look like a forest, but i still have a thick full bush, like I have had my whole life. and plan to keep it that way.. anybody i have had sex with hasn't had a problem with it.
