Pubic Hair: to shave or not to...

Threads like this one are supposed to be discussions and most of the people who posted in this thread in 2007 aren't active on the site. The OP for this thread hasn't been here since 30-Jan-2008 - 14 years ago! Are these new posts telling this guy who posted back in 2007 whether to shave his pubes?

I'm sure they've gotten pretty unruly by now.

Either that or he's been shaving every day and his crotch now looks like he has shingles.

To each his own, I guess.

Old topics like this still make for good discussion. In some instances, it's interesting to see how attitudes pertaining to a certain topic change.

I will be 70 this month and have come to a point where I no longer shave (anywhere) and no longer cut my hair. I now like uncut better than cut as well. Maybe it's some type of rebellion on my part.

As a rule, I like pubic hair, preferably trimmed. That said, shaved pubes are fine, but only if the guy is:

1. Sufficiently muscled to look like a man and not a pre-pubescent boy and,

2. Completely shaved--torso, arms, ass and legs. Nothing stranger than shaved pubes on an otherwise hairy guy.

My partner likes me best when I'm completely smooth. I'm shaved much of the time excluding pits and pubes--kept at about 3/4" and shaved to about a 1 1/2" above my shaft. Sometimes I do my pits, but only occasionally have I added the pubes and then only to please my man or when required for an escorting job. I started shaving as a competitive swimmer and it's my fall-back mode--both athletic and sexual.

Kris of Bel Ami has all the right attributes for shaved pubes: muscular, smooth and all-over tan. Spectacular-looking guy. Bel Ami's Viggo Sorensen pulls it off as well. Also spectacular.

How much time does it take, and how often do you have to do all of that? Stubble is not pleasant.

^ I like hairy chests. But, depending on the guy, I may like stubble even more. I like the way it looks and the way it feels. I like the friction when my partner and I both have stubble and are together. I'm much more attracted to guys with hairy chests who've shaved than guys who are naturally smooth.

How much time does it take? If I want to stay smooth, I do my torso every few days and my legs every few days in the shower, not necessarily at the same time. At most a minute for my torso. Ditto legs. When you keep it up it's neither hard nor time-consuming. Shaving my butthole was a pain and so a few years ago I had electrolysis. Upside I was always ready to take a dick, downside is that I found it hot when my partner would sometimes shave my hole before fucking me. When I totally grow out--say my legs, I need to start with clippers before I finish up with a razor and that takes longer--five minutes or so.

You've no doubt realized by now that I fetishize body hair, so shaving is a turn-on--I often get an erection while I'm doing it and shaving down is sometimes followed by jacking off.

Stubble on the face is one thing but on the body? Eh. Better either natural or just trim here and there, (and moisturize(!!). I think I already said that in this thread. I'm a broken record. Have no life right now. Guess I should appreciate life before grad school starts.
