Well, its really simple. As we are young, the foreskin are very tight. When we get older by puberty, the foreskin loosen, it will then be glided over the head during sex or masturbation. After a while, the foreskin becomes loose enough for you to comfortably pull them back to have sex, without feeling any pressure at all.

Pretty much most of the time, the foreskin glides over and stays behind the head of the dick by itself when we get hard. It is just an automatic thing. If your foreskin is not loosen enough, then it won't.

The head of the penis is more sensitive. When the forskin stretches over and leave the head out, during masturbation or sexual intercourse, the sensitivity is better. In terms, I guess more pleasurable.

I don't want to offend you in any way, but if you masturbate more often with lube or even precum, your foreskin will automatically become loosen and there will be no discomfort in anyway. For uncut men, it just comes naturally with age and time.

First, a disclaimer. I am not either a nurse or physician.
But there a number of places you can read about this on line.

Those who are uncut, myself included, have probably noticed, if we have done some under foreskin exploration, that there is a muscle or draw string like point as you reach back toward the body along the shaft of the penis. In some boys and men it prevent the retraction of the foreskin. For some this makes masturbation and other activity with the penis painful. My experience is that cleaning away the smegma, the natural lubricant tnat is a cleanliness issue that I can stretch this muscle. A few months and you can usually retract the foreskin more easily.

I wondered the same thing because like any uncut man I know I always played it at least a little over the ridge and knob because the sensation is .... (undescribable).

Imitating what you describe, as I saw it in porn (that is, pulling it all the way back and jacking the shaft) was a gas but not the kick I was used to.
