Pushing Daisies

I love the exaggerated comic book feel of the show. It's got just enough fantasy in it to be cool, but the narration and acting's kinda funny too. We'll see if it lasts.

I know, I mean if it survives beyond season 1. How long can they do the don't touch Chuck thing before people start getting annoyed?

o okay thx.

Tonight was ok but if there is an i dont like Chuck club where can i sign up? I just cant connect with her.

Olive on the otherhand i connected with early on and i want her to find true happiness; but i dont like what the previews for next week are implying that the piemaker will use Olive for sex with his heart belonging to Chuck.

Olive deserves better.

I like Chuck, she makes things interesting. I've liked her from the beginning. I like Olive as well, and the aunts. The only one I'm not sold on is the detective. He's always so pissed off and put out about everything. No one's asking him to stick around, he was the one that approached Ned about the "arrangement". If it's pissing him off all the time, he should quit.

Am I the only one really desperate for more Pushing Daisiesness, I can't believe that they bumped it last week, but it won't be long until the next episode will air :D

BINGO! That's where I remember him (Lee Pace) from! "Soldier's Girl" was on HBO/C-Max/Starz (whatever) a couple of years ago, and he played the tranny girlfriend of a guy in the army. I didn't really recognize his face, but his voice was so familiar that it haunted me throughout the show... Gay or not, the man is freakin' HOT and is a brilliant actor! (IMHO) :=D:

i never realised that he was the same actor who played the trany in Soldiers Girl"
What a powerful performance that was.

Here is a clip and caps from "Daisies"

He's so adorable and I love how quirky he makes the piemaker. From the moment I heard he'd be on Pushing Daisies and that it was a Bryan Fuller show (after loving DLM, and Wonderfalls) I knew it'd be well worth watching. I mean, what other show can make the sentence "I'm gonna see if I have some plastic wrap" sound romantic? ;)

I don't dislike Chuck, but I'm rooting for Olive, she seems to be a lot more interesting character. I hope she and Ned hook up :D.

Have you seen him in Polar Bear Man? A thing he did for Live Earth, I know it's supposed to be serious, but it makes me laugh (you'll know why when you watch it)

I love this show mainly because of Lee Pace. He is so sweet and dreamy. Everytime he does something sweet for Chuck I just want to hug my tv. When he fixed the car so they could hold hands and she could sit up front I thought I was going to die.

I had never heard of Wonderfalls but now I can't wait to check it out!

I still can't decide whether Lee Pace is a hot item or not. I think he's cute, but I find it funny that I am finding him cute, not totally gorgeous, and errr... cute.

the show is a bore now
the last episode was just stupid

the narration has got to go

That last episode... where he just put out his hand and catch the sock in the plastic, without any change in his face expression.

That was cool.
