Question about getting abs and pecs (I hope this goes here)

allmygayporn - I know what crunches are, but what are the other things you mentioned? I just do sit ups and my abs are pretty nice.

I am also interested in an answer to the question lyudi asked.

Bored - Good job on doing the sit ups and push ups. But I'm not sure you're hearing what the rest of us have said. Eat more meat and more calories. I don't think chicken soup is going to do much for you, although it does have protein. Hot pockets are tiny. And maybe someone else can touch on this, but why are you running so much? You're trying to build upper body mass, not lose weight - it seems like running would burn off calories, whereas you should be trying to put more on (with protein to build mass). In other words, I think you need to eat more. And go buy a whey protein supplement and drink it after working out.

Still curious for some answers to the last couple of concerns raised.
 
what are some good freeweight exercises for pecs?

they're the one part of my body that doesn't feel like it's aching enough after I workout.

Dumbbell Flys! I'm doing a combination of push up and dumbbell flys and wow can I feel stuff happening with my chest! :)
