I'm a pretty healthy guy who regularly exercises, eats well, takes multivitamins, drinks plenty of water, and gets a good nights rest. My question centers around the natural decline in sperm after ejaculating and how it can take 2-3 days to get "back to normal." On some days I can wait a day and have a good ejaculation but not always. After reading a material, I'm curious if anyone else has any suggestions on how to boost my sperm count/volume with exercise, supplements, etc. after I ejaculate?
