I can't believe the sixth season of "Hot in Cleveland" will be the last season for the ****** Apparently TVLand is pulling the plug on the ******

I don't know why. I think it is the best original sitcom on the TVLand Network. Betty White, Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, and Wendie Malick had great chemistry together along with great comedic writing.

All the other original shows on TVLand are not funny to me. It's a damn shame!

I never found it uproariously funny, but at least it was better than the OTHER "must see" sitcom - The Big Bang Theory, which just absolutely fucking sucks.

It had a 6 season run - not the most Betty White has done, but damn good in this day and age.
 
I thought is was pretty good... more than a bit contrived and forced at times but had great chemistry among the stars and some fun recurring and guest turns. Don't think any other original run TV Land comedy is markedly better, they're occasionally funny and okay at best overall. Then again most network comedies are take it or leave it rather than consistently good or total stinkbombs.
 
I think out of all the current sitcoms on TV, it was the funniest. I think Big Bang Theory is not funny, nor is Modern Family or The Middle.
 
To maintain the dynamic of the show, none of the cast could have a conventional marriage, which after 5 seasons was getting a little long in the tooth. We've really enjoyed it, they have plenty of epis for syndication and now they can finish strong.
 
I think this season is very funny! Last season not so much. But so far, the show is great. I would like to see Hot in Cleveland get nominated for best comedy show for an Emmy and a Golden Globe. They deserve it!
 
Six years is nothing to sneeze at and Betty White.. love her.
