Always get me down... What I feel I used to feel before... Funny, but it seems that it's the only thing to do... run and find the one who loves me
 
I don't like Monday's..I don't like Monday's...I'm gonna shoot ...shoot....the whole day down....
 
Having a downpour around here, it started before I got out of bed. It is so dark that I have to have the lights on all over the house, it just keeps raining and raining with thunder and lighting too, of course have to take the dogs to the yard to do their thing, had to dry them twice already. Rainy days on Mondays, always get me down!
 
Poor Karen.....she never could find a way to fight her demons.

Mondays aren't great, I must admit. Unless it's a bank holiday that is.

And sometimes rainy days can be brilliant. When you wake up to the sound of the rain spattering the windows is so soothing and makes me want to cuddle on the couch all day long with my boyfriend whose arms I woke up in.

Then again, if I wake up, it's pissing it down and I have to leave the house, I get annoyed because my hair will go curly.

Rainy days are amazing! And if it's on a Monday?! Even better. It lifts your spirits while you go back to school or work or whatever. At least it does to me.

Lemme just say that I LOVE the OP for starting this thread! Karen Carpenter was an amazing being that could sing like no one else. period. And this is one of my fav songs by her... so much emotion put into it :cry:
