I think your reaction has more to do with your own acceptance of your homosexuality than with an event that was just pure mechanics of sex.

Sure it is great to have an emotional connection to the person you are hooking up with, but it doesn't make either of you any less of a person if you don't.

So as others have already noted. Stop beating yourself up and perhaps come to terms with the idea that some sex is just purely recreational and who knows but that you might not end up connecting on a different level with some trick you meet some day...even as just casual friends.

I wanted to head back home, the problem was me being in his car and miles away from home! Once we got to the location I kinda felt like I had to.
